Using the XYH-6, which uses a 14.6mm large-diameter diaphragm, it is possible to capture wide-range stereo sound with excellent balance from low to high frequencies. You can choose the intersecting angle of the two microphones from 90 degrees for more focus on the sound source, or 120 degrees for wider stereo recording, making it useful in a wide range of situations, from recording sound effects outdoors to recording classical music.
