Description
A dedicated shoe mount adapter for connecting the wireless microphone package UWP-D series receiver (portable diversity tuner URX-P40, URX-P41D) to a camera. It is compatible with cameras equipped with a multi-interface shoe, such as Sony video camera recorders and digital cameras with interchangeable lenses, and improves the convenience of wireless microphones for video shooting.
- No cables are required to transmit audio signals from the receiver to the camera.
- By connecting a camera equipped with a multi-interface shoe that supports digital audio input, the digital audio signal output from the receiver can be directly recorded with the camera, making it possible to capture audio with less noise.
- Some models (PXW-Z280/Z190, PXW-FX9, IMLE-FX6V) can display the wireless microphone status on the LCD or viewfinder.
- Depending on the receiver settings, it is also possible to supply power from the camera to the receiver.
- If no batteries are installed in the receiver, it will automatically switch to power supply from the camera. At this time, you can turn on/off the power of the receiver in conjunction with the camera.
