Description
"PCF-8n" is a protective case designed exclusively for the multi-track field recorder "F8n/F8/F4". This lightweight and highly functional case allows you to operate the recorder and attach/disconnect cables by accessing not only the top, but also the side and bottom openings. Equipped with a cover (removable) with a clear window that protects it from damage from rain and dust, allowing you to check the LCD screen display and knob positions even with the lid on.
The audio cable connected to the recorder can be routed through the sleeves on both sides of the case. By tightening the drawstring, you can minimize the entry of rain and dust. Small items and accessories such as conversion connectors can be stored in the zippered pouch and side pockets on the front of the case, while microphones and cables can be stored in compartments inside the case. The bottom of the case has a Velcro-type flap that can be opened and closed, and from there you can connect to the time code BNC connector on the rear panel of the F8n/F8/F4 and the input for the separately sold microphone capsule.
In addition, we have provided dividers that allow you to freely arrange the interior layout of the case to suit the items you want to store. By placing the main divider flat inside the case, it can also be used as a simple table for the F8n/F8/F4. In addition, the length-adjustable shoulder strap can be attached by selecting hooks from three locations on each side of the case. You can carry it comfortably even when recording for long periods of time or while moving around a lot.
