Camera Cage for RED V-RAPTOR The cage has both 1/4"-20 and ⅜-16 threads, a NATO rail for the side handle, and two built-in Arri compatible rosettes.
■15mm LWS Baseplate The bottom of the cage has mounting options for attaching the camera to a variety of quick release systems, and natively supports the included 15mm LWS baseplate.
The included 15mm LWS base plate and two 15mm rods allow for the use of rod-based accessories such as matte boxes and follow focus systems.
Below this baseplate is a receiver that connects natively to Tilta Standard Dovetails or ARRI Standard Dovetails via the optional Tilta Standard to Arri Standard Multi-Functional Baseplate.
This base plate can also be attached to third party quick release plates via 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads.
■Top Plate and Rear Top Plate The top plate and rear top plate provide options for mounting accessories without interfering with the camera's ventilation.
The top plate has 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounting points (with and without locating pins) and a cold shoe receiver.
The rear top plate features exhaust ports that mimic the V-Raptor's ventilation system for maximum cooling capacity.
■Top Handle The top handle can be attached to both the top plate and the front top plate, providing a secure point of contact for camera operation and handling, as well as an additional mounting point for accessories.
The top handle features mounting points with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 locating pins, and one cold shoe receiver.
The top handle can also be disassembled into a more compact configuration with just the front top plate, making it suitable for lightweight cameras.
The newly designed 15mm rod mount allows a single 15mm rod to be mounted parallel or perpendicular to the top handle, providing greater flexibility when attaching an electronic viewfinder or external monitor.
A bottom mounting plate that attaches to the bottom of the camera cage provides a 1/4"-20 mounting point with locating pins and serves as another mounting location for advanced I/O modules. (Sold separately)
The left and right single rod holders can be attached to the sides of a full camera cage and replace the base plate to save weight.
