『WS-86』は、防風効果の高いファーを採用したウィンドスクリーンです。PortacaptureシリーズやDRシリーズなどのポータブルレコーダー/ハンドヘルドレコーダー用にデザインでされた立体形状で、ファーとマイクの間に空間を確保することにより高い防風効果を実現。野外収録時の風切り音を低減します。また、A-B、X-Y方式といったマイクのセッティングに関わらず装着可能です。
