・About the use of stereo microphones
By setting the AI Micro's channel mode to "Stereo", you can connect a stereo microphone to input 1, but it does not directly support connecting a stereo microphone that requires plug-in power.
*Channel mode can be set on the "Reporter" and "Load Central" apps provided free of charge by Road.
*If set to "stereo", the microphone connection to input 2 will be disabled.
*Road Microphones stereo microphone products operate on square batteries, and we cannot guarantee operation or compatibility with microphones made by other companies.
・About direct monitoring Direct monitoring only supports monaural output, so even if you are recording in stereo or split mode, the monitoring audio heard from the AI Micro's headphone output will be monaural.
AI Micro is an ultra-compact dual-channel USB audio interface that connects to mobile devices and computers. Equipped with two 3.5mm inputs (TRS/TRRS automatic switching), you can connect a variety of microphones.
Additionally, the 3.5mm headphone output allows for delay-free monitoring. Three types of USB cables are included: SC21 (USB-CtoLightning), SC22 (USB-CtoUSB-C), and SC23 (USB-CtoUSB-A), and can be connected to any device.
Compatible with RODE apps such as RODECentral, RODEConnect, RODEReporter.
