The IPL series achieves large capacity and large power supply by PowerLink (connection), and can supply power for long periods of time to cameras and multiple accessories that consume large amounts of power. In addition, the maximum discharge current of the main connector can support up to 14A when using PowerLink. IPL-98 (96Wh) has a battery of less than 100Wh, so up to 20 pieces can be carried as carry-on baggage when transported by air. Additionally, there are two D-Tap outputs with a maximum output of 80W and one USB output, allowing you to power multiple accessories at the same time. It is also equipped with a V-Torch LED light, which is convenient when attached to a camera etc. in a dark environment. It also supports BMS. Even when charging, it can be charged in the PowerLink state, and 8 batteries (4 batteries x 2) can be connected and charged using the 2ch charger VL-2000S.

Up to 4 IPL batteries can be connected. By connecting them together, they can be used as one large capacity battery. Basically, it discharges from the last stage, so you can support non-stop shooting by replacing the rear battery when the capacity gets low. It can also be used as a hot swap function. In addition, IDX V-mount batteries (*1) other than IPL batteries can also be used by PowerLinking them to the last stage.

PowerLink compatible 2ch charger VL-2000S can charge 8 batteries (4 batteries x 2). It is convenient because the batteries are charged in order from the last stage (top) and can be used from the fully charged one. Like discharge, up to 4 can be connected, and it is also possible to connect an IDX V-mount battery to the last stage. When charging of the last stage is completed, charging of the previous stage will automatically start.

The IPL series has two D-Tap locations, making it possible to supply power to small lights and power-saving monitors. The maximum output per location is 80W, and the battery voltage is output through.

D-Tap2 has a charging function and can be charged using the dedicated charger VL-DT1.

The IPL series has one USB connector (A-type) and can supply DC5.0V/2.3A power.

The 5 LEDs on the top display the current capacity in 10 stages (10% increments) when discharging and in 5 stages when charging.

Convenient when attaching a battery to a camera, etc. for night photography. Press the remaining capacity display button twice in a row to turn it on/off and illuminate the mount. It also turns off automatically (about 10 seconds), so you can use it with confidence without forgetting to turn it off.

The remaining battery power can be displayed on the camera's viewfinder. By pressing and holding the remaining capacity display check button, you can set it to SB mode or IB mode. By using it with a device that supports each mode, you can read battery information such as remaining power.
