NINJA ULTRA is a lightweight, compact 5-inch monitor that can be attached to your camera. This monitor can record up to 4Kp60 HDR (High Dynamic Range) video using ProRes, Avid DNx, and H.265 codecs.
When recording in ProRes RAW, it also supports up to 8Kp30 (when connected via HDMI). Furthermore, 4Kp120 slow motion recording is also possible.
NINJA ULTRA provides powerful support for monitoring and backup recording at the shooting location. It features the new AtomOS 11 user interface with optimized AtomIC chipset and memory management. This allows creators to realize new ideas in various scenes.
Additionally, ULTRA's new monitoring and recording capabilities, including dual recording and 4K H.265 recording using ATOMOS CONNECT, improve flexibility and efficiency on set.
Powerful camera backup The new NINJA ULTRA is equipped with a high-definition 5-inch HDR screen that is bright even outdoors. You can also record RAW video from a wide range of mirrorless cameras and digital SLR cameras. Follows the functions of conventional NINJA. It also includes focus peaking, exposure confirmation, favorite LUT registration, and monitor assist tools when shooting. NINJA ULTRA powerfully supports your shooting workflow as a monitor recorder. For this purpose, we work with each camera to not only record for long periods of time via HDMI, but also to record in RAW format up to 8Kp30.
New AtomOS11 starts New AtomOS11 is a new OS that optimizes memory management and improves responsiveness. This maximizes the performance of the camera body.
Now we have an improved operating system developed specifically for NINJA and NINJA ULTRA. The icons have been improved and the Monitor Assist Tool is now easier to see. Confirming the subject will proceed smoothly.

Atomos Remote View
Toward more efficient remote workflows
By installing ATOMOS CONNECT on NINJA ULTRA, you can use various functions via Atomos Cloud Studio.
The newly announced Atomos RemoteView lets you wirelessly share what you see on your NINJA ULTRA screen with other ATOMOS monitors, iPads, Macs, and Apple TVs. Share footage from up to four connected devices on a single screen from anywhere in the world.
*To use Atomos RemoteView, a subscription to ATOMOS CONNECT and Atomos Cloud Studio is required.
Expandability with module support
NINJA ULTRA is built for expansion with a variety of different ports for ATOMOS module accessories. ATOMOS CONNECT enables wireless connectivity to Atomos Cloud Studio cloud services, while AtomX CAST backs up as a multicam switcher for live events and streaming.

ATOMOS Cloud Studio is a collection of innovative video production services for video creators, distribution professionals, and video producers. With ATOMOS Stream, Cloud Studio enables live streaming from ATOMOS network-enabled devices to video distribution platforms such as Facebook Live, Twitch, and YouTube.
ATOMOS Camera to Cloud allows you to upload files from ATOMOS network-connected devices to cloud-based platforms. Introduced Camera to Cloud workflow through collaboration with Adobe Frame.io and SONY Ci Media Cloud.
Significantly speeds up production from set to post-production.
